What we can settle
Anything about the catalogue: what a figure on a card means, how the two purifier colours differ beyond the shell, which filter fits which machine, why a tank is measured in ounces and a room in square feet, and which machine suits the room you have in mind.
Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the carton, tell us the page and the figure; we will fix it and say what changed.
What belongs to the shop
Orders, delivery windows, missing parts, transit damage, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.
How long we take
A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music; people read this mailbox between other work.
